What could/should the year 2050 look like? What changes can we as artists make in what and how we work to realise this vision? 

Join Dr. Kai Syng Tan as she leads us through a playful provocation, inviting those attending to consider the creative arts and neurodiversity, thinking on the entanglement with colonialism, gender, sexuality and race. To warm up we will look at clips from Kai’s film about a ‘neuro-fantastic’ future How to Thrive in 2050 currently playing on BBC iPlayer and discuss the so-called adult themes (the term used in iPlayer descriptor) in the film, plus ways to push back pushback.
